Hi, I’m Dmitry, founder of Sky Castle Construction.
For more than 20 years, construction has been more than just my profession — it’s been my passion and my life’s work.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with respected builders, contractors, and developers, contributing to residential and commercial projects across Metro Vancouver. My experience includes working alongside well-known companies such as Ideal Siding, Polygon Homes, Axiom Builders, and Dawson + Sawyer, where I gained valuable knowledge of professional construction standards, project coordination, and quality control.
At the same time, I’ve spent more than two decades personally involved in home construction, renovations, and project management. Working directly with homeowners has taught me that every project is unique and that success comes from careful planning, clear communication, and attention to detail.
I founded Sky Castle Construction to bring together everything I’ve learned over the years: professional standards, reliable craftsmanship, honest communication, and a commitment to delivering quality work that stands the test of time.
